Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Policies:
Clients may reschedule up to 2 times at no charge. The 3rd reschedule will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will need to rebook with an additional deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No call/no shows will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.
💅🏼 I do not work over foreign sets. New clients must arrive with bare nails. If you arrive with a full set, a soak-off fee plus a $10 inconvenience fee will be added to your service.
😷 If you are not feeling well, please contact me, your health matters.
💲A non-refundable deposit of $25 is due at time of booking.
Remaining balances must be paid in cash.
⏰ If you are running late there is a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes, the full amount will be charged.
📵 No Call, No Show:
Blocked from further bookings. Full amount of service charged.
👥 Up to 2 guests are allowed to accompany you.
